Secure Messaging
In this 20-minute session you’ll learn how to navigate and use Secure Messaging with confidence. From setting your preferences to searching the Global Directory and beyond.
You must have previously logged in to a live VEDA site using your own username and password, which mustn’t be shared with anyone. All training is done online using Microsoft Teams, so ahead of the session please make sure that the computer you’re using has a working microphone and speaker (or headset).

We’ll start with the basics – message settings. You’ll then learn to navigate the Global Directory before creating your own personal contact list. Find out how to create, view and manage your messages and mailbox. Discover how you can send a single message to a group of people effortlessly.
