Thinking about normal life in the 2020s, the private medical sector does seem to lag behind in terms of acceptance and use of new IT technology. I would love people to explore the potential for collaboration and sharing of ideas and data (subject to GDPR, of course!).
I love the can-do culture here. There is plenty of scope for professional development and opportunities to get insights into different areas of the business which wouldn’t be as easy within a more formal corporate structure.
