Remittances

In this 30-minute session you’ll learn how to locate your electronic insurer remittances and what to do with them. Before the session you need to contact the insurers to ask that your remittances are sent to your VEDA site. These are currently available for Aviva, AXA Health, Bupa, Bupa Global and Cigna.

You must have previously logged in to a live VEDA site using your own username and password, which mustn’t be shared with anyone. All training is done online using Microsoft Teams, so ahead of the session please make sure that the computer you’re using has a working microphone and speaker (or headset).
