The search API has an optional “sort-order” parameter that you can specify. Alternatively, your system can be set to apply whatever sorting/weighting/filtering you want before presenting the results to the end-user.
Not all practitioners are using ICE yet and some may have decided not to allow you access to their availability. If you're looking to use ICE for a specific practitioner we'd suggest you contact them directly.
When a practitioner starts using ICE for the first time, it can take up to 24 hours for their details to be visible to all channels.
Only the diary owner can cancel or amend a booking once it's been made. You'll need to contact them if you need to make any changes.
Yes. Each appointment is given a unique Booking ID which can be looked up at any time, even if it's rescheduled. You can also search all the appointments you've made by status e.g. booked, attended, failed to attend etc.
No, you'll only be able to see the appointments you've booked.
No, ICE will only give you the name and address.
Yes you can, just as long as your system has been set up to include those fields in your booking. You'll need to speak to your tech team and get them to contact us.
