You'll see the diaries of any practitioner using ICE who's published a diary schedule linked to your location. On publication you become a joint owner - you'll be able to see availability and also details of existing bookings. This means you'll know who is due to arrive at Reception and when.

Not all practitioners are using ICE yet or perhaps they haven't got your hospital listed on their PPR profile. It's also possible that they don't have a PPR profile. Speak to them directly and have that conversation.

No. As long as the system they're using has integrated with ICE, they can use whatever they prefer.

It can. It just depends on whether the insurer has set up their system to include those details in their booking.
