Our dedicated and professional customer service desk offer friendly first line help advice and support for system queries, requests and faults via e-mail or the telephone. All calls are logged and tracked to completion with constant customer update.
A team of 2nd & 3rd line technical staff support the system and infrastructure, including full data back-up and disaster recovery processes.
We also provide a secure online 24/7 error log system, to ensure quality service is delivered to our customers. Log errors are monitored and tracked to resolution.
