Meet the team

Our dedicated and professional Customer Services desk offer friendly first line help advise and support for system queries, requests and faults via e-mail or the telephone.  All calls are logged and tracked to completion with constant customer update.

A team of 2nd & and 3rd link technical staff support the system and infrastructure, including full data back-up and disaster recovery processes.
